Allow users to reset or copy the original docs notebooks

As a user, I want to use the example notebooks to start my analysis. If I make a mistake, I don't have a way to revert the notebook back to its original state.

Need mechanism to upload large files from my local machine to my notebook

As a notebook user, I need to import large files >1GB into my jupyterlab environment from my local computer so that I may analyze this data.
