Allow users to reset or copy the original docs notebooks

As a user, I want to use the example notebooks to start my analysis.  If I make a mistake, I don't have a way to revert the notebook back to its original state.

    If we move example notebooks as a repository to a public Astraea GitHub organization, this would be a good solution to both updating docs and resetting back to the original state. For the non-git user, is there a way to make sure the docs are updated with each new release to prod, and perhaps make them read-only?
